Question about China Embassy in Philippines

Is it possible for me to get a multiple entry business Chinese visa valid for 12-months?
Hi I am a regular Philippine passport holder, and I was able to get a residency/ work permit c/o my previous employer in Dongguan (April 2009-2010 and March 2010-2011).
Before I left China, I was able to work as a fashion merchandiser trainee in a foreign-owned company based in Guangzhou. Now they would like to invite me for business, and if everything went well there is a possibility that they will hire me as a full-time employee.
Is it possible for me to get a multiple entry business visa, valid for 12-months? Because, the training will also require going to their head office in Kuwait in between my post in China and of course going back to Ph for vacations. Are there any restrictions, set by the officers in Chinese Consulate - Philippines for multiple entry business visa application? What are the instances that my application would be denied?
A friend of mine told me that it is very difficult to get a Chinese visa these days, but I would still wanted to try applying personally rather than going through an agency.
Please let me know your thoughts and answer to the above queries. I have been contacting the phone numbers in the Chinese Consulate website the whole day but it says that the numbers are temporarily unavailable.
=(
Thank you very much in advance.Asked by Jennifer (Philippines) | May. 24, 2011 03:56Answer Question

- i think if you have submit all the required documents and can gurantee the validity of the documnent, there's a big chance for you to obtain the visa.
any way, it all depends on the Chinese Consulate.
you can go to the consulate to get more detailed information.Answered by Sunny | May. 24, 2011 21:55
