- hi Kante,
Guinean passport holders are exempt from Hong Kong visa for 14 days, so you don't need to apply the Hong Kong visa if you stay there with 14 days.
but if you want to go back to Mainland China again, you have to make sure that your current visa is multi-entry visa, or you will not be allowed to enter Mainland China from Hong Kong.Answered by Gina | May. 24, 2011 22:22 - Hi,thx for ur reply.Pls,i would bother u with another question, hope u dont mind.Since u said i need multi-entry visa for return to main land China, isn't student (X) visa a multiple visa?Answered by kante (Guinea) | May. 25, 2011 09:00
- hi Kante,
have you got a resident permit? you can go to Hong Kong and return to Mainland China without reapply a China visa only when you hold a resident permit.
also you have to complete the accommodation registration procedure within 24 hours of arrival. if you live in the dormitory of your university or a hotel, the procedure will be completed at the reception desk by the dormitory or hotel attendant. but if you live off in campus in a private house or flat, you are kindly reminded to go to the local police station to report and register temporary accommondation within 24 hours of arrival, because when you leave China, your previous residence registration will be automated terminated.Answered by Gina | May. 25, 2011 20:08
