  Would i be taxed if i bring my itouch and my iphone to china for personal use?

  i am going to china from the united state. and i am holding on a china passport so do i count as Chinese residents?

• you can not count as a Chinese resident if you only hold a Chinese passport.
  i heard you don't have to pay the tax if they are for personal use.
