  I wonder if I can be based in Shenzen for 5 nights and travel back and forth to HK ?

• what kind of Chinese visa are you holding? a single entry, double entry or multi-entry? you can stay in Shenzhen and travel back and forth to HK unless your Chinese visa is a multi-entry visa.
