Question about Tourist Complaints in China

  Taxi driver and guide demanded tips and later dropped me at the roadside

  Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to complaint about an incident taken place during my tour to Beijing in the first week of June. On Jun 3rd, when I was returning from Great Wall visit, I was the last person in the bus and the guide and the driver demanded some tips, which I refused to give even after they threatened NOT to drop me at the place where they picked me and eventually did that. I have the detail of the bus number and the phone number of the guide. Please let me know what to do?

  and what the driver and the guide did was really horrible.
  i think you can contact the bus company first.
  then you may email the Beijing Tourism Aministration.
