Question about China D Visa (Residence Visa)

  Requirements for D visa in China

  I am a single British man who bought his own flat/apartment in China 6 years ago (and lives there) . At the moment I have a Z visa which will expire soon. Is it possible to get a D visa? Do all provinces have the same requirements?

• hi,
  China is not an immigration country, so it is very hard to get a D visa even though you have lived there over 5 years.
  you need to consult the local Entry and Exit Bureau for detailed information.
