  Should I get another form for working visas or will a photocopy suffice?

  I have completed my physical examination and sent the forms to China for evaluation. Should I get another one done since this is a reqt for working visas or will a photocopy suffice?

• you'd better keep a couple of photocopies. but i'm not sure weather a photocopy will do when apply for the visa, you need to consult the Chinese Embassy.

  I keep on trying to call the embassy for inquiries but no one answers the phone. Did anybody get through their phone lines?

• hi joe,
  a friend told me that you need to send the forms to China so that you can get a work permit from your employer in China, and with the work permit, can you apply for your work visa. actually, you may not need the forms when you apply for the visa in the Chinese Embassy. but, as i said before, you'd better keep the photocopies.
