  i am nepali citizen.i would like to visit my friend in huai'an, china. what could be the best way for obtaining visa and all required permit along with the route way ?

• i guess you decide to enter China from Tibet and travel all the way to Huai'an.
  if so, you need to apply a China Tourist visa and the entry permit for Tibet.
