  Can we get luggage allowance upto 40 kg in totality by three packages?

  we, two persons are travelling in ecconomy class from india to qingdao via kunmin at a time can we get luggage allowance upto 40 kg in totality by three packages
  One pack-18kg,another-12.5kg another 9.5 kg

• you can have the 18 kg and 12.5 kg bags consigned and one of you carry the 9.5 kg bag with you.
