Question about Shanghai Pudong International Airport

  need transit visa or not, stay for 36 hours

  would the fastest way to get to the bund be to take the maglev till it stops and then a taxi or to take a taxi from pvg straight the bund? also would i need any type of visa if i were to fly in to PVG from bkk stay in shanghai for 36 hours then fly out from SHA to TLV via PEK staying in the airport for 5 hours to catch my flight (ie transit)? Thanks for the help,

• take subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road station, and then walk along the road all the way to the east for about 500 meters, you will get to the bund.
  it takes about 1 hour.
