Question about China Visa

  I am married to a chinese citizen, I am British, we plan to move to China

  Hi, I am married to a Chinese citizen who is studying here in Britain, we plan to move to China in May when she finishes her studies, for at least a year or 2. When we move we will have been married for around 1 year. What visa's will I need to apply for in order to move to China with her and if possible start applying for jobs when I arrive? Also I am taking Mandarin lesson's in preparation for the move, not sure if that's an issue.

• hi Adam,
  you need to apply for an L visa. when you get a job in China, you can change to a work visa.
