  F visa holder need to pay tax?

  hi, just wanted to know if i am holding F visa, do i need to pay tax if i stayed in china more than 180 days for a year?

• how long is the duration of your visa? you can only stay in China for the permitted period, and you should pay the fine if you overstay. but i suggest you do not overstay, for the immigration department may stamp on your passport and you will probably not get a China visa next time.
  if you want to stay that long, you can apply for an extension for your visa.
