  Making Transit Visa in One Day?

  hey, my name is ito, i'm an indonesian student studying in japan with common student visa. As i am planing to go back to indonesia, my flight requires me to stay over in beijing for one day. And apparently i need to make a transit visa. When i checked it on the chinese consulate visa (the one located in fukuoka), i can apply and get it done in one day with emergency reason. since i only have one week before my flight, do u think that's emergency enough to get my visa done in one day?
