Question about China G Visa (Transit Visa)

  Is a visa needed for hourly rate hotel

  I am very confused due to mixed messages. I will be travelling from the UK to Melbourne via Beijing airport with a 12 hour stopover at T3. I would like to use the hourly rate hotels to shower and have a rest before my next flight. However I have been told that these are outside of the transit area and therefore you would need a visa to access them. Is this true and if so is there any other shower facility that can be accessed from T3 without a visa.

• hi Ash,
  take it easy. there is hourly rate hotel in the departure hall of T3, and you don't need to get out of the transit area.
