I am a Filipina in China for 4 years, I always exits China for business reason and has lots of Visa extension.

I renew my Visa in Macau with the help of an agency and I was denied, the agent again advice me to go to Hong Kong and I tried for L Visa there, and also I was denied for no reason.

This time I went to CTS in hong kong and ask them If they can apply me a visa and they check my passport and said I have lots of extension Visa in my p assport and this is the reason why I probably denied.

Then the assessor told me that I can get Visa in my country that;s why I went back to Philippines, I am afraid if I will denied again for my visa, I have a L AND F visa in my passport, can you please advice me what are the necessary documents I should present to the China embassy in Philippines inorder for me to get a Visa, the company in China will invite me to visit there factory and do some training, what are the documents they will need to prepare for me.

I have lots of things in China and my money also in my bank I cant withdraw it in my country.

hi Red,
as a filipino passport holder, you can not get a Chinese visa in Hong Kong or Macau. so you need to go back to your country.
this time, you need to ask the Chinese company provide you an invitation letter. since you have a F visa in your passport, it will be easier for you this time.
