  Can someone confirm whether I can carry 43 kgs as part of promotional offer?

  I am travelling from Delhi to Vancouver via Beijing. Air China local booking office has confirmed that I can carry 43 kgs as part of promotional offer! My travel date is 23 Sep 11. Can someone confirm whether this is correct info?
