  Where to pick up the lost bags in SF and what proof does the taker need to show?

  I have a bag coming in on flights CI834 to CI004 from BKK/TPE to SFO @ 18:20 PM. It was lost by Asia Airlines but they've found it and it's not in flight. I have a friend who could pick it up for me at the airport who lives in SF. I live several hours away. Where does she need to go to pick and up and what proof does she need to show. Her name is Kim Anderson. thank you!
