  I have all the necessarydocuments to study in nanchang except for a scanned jw202. May I get the Student visa?

  pls i have all the necessarydocuments to study in nanchang but my original jw202 is not in and it is delaying after all the ems,can i apply with the scanned one which has been emailed to me?
  i have my admission notice,jw202 and all the necessary documents, but it is a scanned one which was emailed tome can i apply for the visa with.although it has been emailed to me but it is still not in.i ve also finish paying the school fees and all the necessary arrangement. but the ems is still delaying. i have all my tracking numbers
