Question about China D Visa (Residence Visa)

  Are there other ways to retire in China

  Specifically I have not made significant investments. I am a person with a combined pension of about $20,000 Canadian.
  
  But I have longed to live there. What avenues can I approach to get to live there.

• You can apply for a job in China such as an English teacher to stay in China for 5 years, then you can apply for a China D visa to stay in China for a long time.
