  I am traveling from phuket to us by shanghai air and united. baggage allowance?

  Do I follow the shanghai air rules of 1 bag 20 kg, pay for extra or am I allowed 2 bags at 23kg each?

• I think you should follow the rules of China airllines. For economy class, only one piece of luggage less than 20×40×55 centimeters (8×16×22 inches) and no more than 5 kg (11 pounds) can be taken for free.
