Multiple L Visa to visit fiancee?
Hi there, I have held a residence & work visa and multiple F (M entries) 6-12 months since 2008 but I' not going to China on business anymore. Now I'd like to try and apply for a multi entry L visa to visit my fiancee living in China. We have lived together for more than 3 years (i could render joint rental contracts and joint bank account statements as proof), what do you guys think is the maximum I could apply for, 6 or 12 months? 30, 60 or 90 days duration of stay? What kind of documents would I need? Do I have to do this in my home country (germany)? I work in Sweden so it would be more convenient to apply there. I realize these are a lot of questions, so thanks alot in advance for your help to cut through the CN visa red tape :)

- Normally, the duration of a China L visa is 30 days, and for family visiting, the duration is at most 180 days. However, it sll depends on the China Embassy or Consulate where you apply for the visa finally. you may just apply for the visa from the China Embasy or Consualte in Sweden, but not sure about the exact documents needed except for your valid passport, visa application form, passport sized photo, bank account. Contact the local China Embasy or Consualte for accurate details please.Answered by Jack | Sep. 20, 2011 19:00
