Travel from Guangzhou South Station to Zhongshan North. Where to buy the ticket ?

I have booked for 2 night stays in Guangzhou and planned to travel to Shiqi,Zhongshan by the new Express Train. I have the following requests :
(1) Where can I buy the ticket ?
(2) What is the safe and quickest way to go from my hotel to the station ?
(3) Can you provide me with a personal escort to guide me to the train station and help me to board the train with my luggage ? I request this help,as I am unfamiliar to Guangzhou,and for safety reason as well.
This is the first time I plan to visit the place of my birth for 65 years,Shiqi,Zhongshan.
I really need some personal guidance in this case.

hi Thomas,
1. you can buy the ticket at the Guangzhou South Railway station, but i suggest you book the ticket in advance. you can also book the ticket here:

2. where is your hotel? or do you know the name of the hotel? usually taxi is the most convenient means.
3. i suggest you to find a personal guide in Guangzhou. many travel agencies provide personal escort service.
