you can take the airport bus from Tianjin Airport to Beijing Bawangfen Long-distance bus Station, then take taxi to the hotel. it costs CNY 35 +21=56, takes 2 hours + 15 minutes
you can also take public buses from Beijing Bawangfen Long-distance Bus Station to the hotel, but there's no direct bus, and you have to walk and change buses on the way.
if you don't mind walk, i suggest you walk northward along the West Dawang Road for about 600 meters after getting out of the Bawangfen bus station. then find the exit B of Dawang Road station and take the subway line 1 to Dongdan station, and transit subway line 5 to Chongwen station, exit from Exit B2, you will find the hotel. it costs CNY 35 +2 =37, but takes 2 hours + 45 minutes.
