  Transportation from Tiananmen to Mutianyu

  can you tell me the best way from my hotel (near the Tiananmen)?

• take the subway line 1 to Jianguomen station, then subway line 2 to Dongzhimen station and transfer to No. 867 Tourist Special Bus (936) directly to Mutianyu Great Wall. there are only two buses departing at 07:00 and 08:30, so you can exit from exit H of dongzhimen Subway station, and take Bus No. 916 to Huairou North Avenue and take a taxi to Mutianyu if you missed the tourist bus.
