  Hi, i will travel to Hong Kong on early of August. Is it rainy & typhoons ? By the way is there any SALES on that time ?

• Often rain tat mean will rain everyday & need to stay at hotel ? :(

• What I mean is it rains at times, but there is sunny day. There is a Shopping festival in August in Hk.
