T-shirt or thin sweater, light coat, and jeans will be fine.
i'm not sure where you live, but there should be restaurants around your hotel, and you can have breakfast there.
The restaurant of the hotel may also provide breakfast.

no, there are no direct buses between the airport and your hotel, but you can take buses No. 21K, 70 or 46 to Tai Kok Tsui Road, Opposite Chung Ying Building for 3 stops after you get off bus No. A 21.
