  My luggage was lost on the flight from Guangzhou to Dubai several days ago, what should I do?

  i'm ( KARIM/SHORISH MR) one passengers from Guangzhou to Dubai flight Number CZ 0383 in the date 13 OCT 2011 but my baggage no coming to DXB airport i don't know how to do pls answer me maybe my baggage already now in Baiyun airport ???? pls answer me by email and this small paper with me have write like this ...........CHINA SOUTHREN
