  how can i get from Crowne Plaza Hotel to the Forbidden City?

  the hotel is located at No. 48 Wangfujing Avenue, Beijing, 100006 China. is it within walking distance to the Forbidden City? or do i have to take a taxi there?
  how about the Temple of Heaven? how to get there from the hotel?

• your hotel is over 2 km from the Forbidden city, so you can take a taxi there.
  if you prefer walking, you can walk southward along the Wangfujing Avenue to the East Chang'an Avenue, turn right and walk to the Tiananmen Square, then you will find the Forbidden City.
  to Temple of Heaven, you can walk to Deng Shi Xi kou stop to take bus No. 614 for 11 stops and get off at Tian Tan Nan Men stop (South Gate of Temple of Heaven).
