  how can i visit the Great wall in Beijing?

  I'm now in Hong Kong and plan to visit the Great wall with family. We are Australian passport holders. please advise the transportation and requirements to visit the Great Wall in Beijing.

• if you want to visit the Great Wall in Beijing, you need to apply a tourist visa for Mainland China.
  you can apply it through Chinese Embassy or Consulate General in Australia.

  required documents:
  your current passport with validity at least 6 months.
  a fully filled application form,
  your recently take passport-sized photograph.
  As for the transportation from Hong Kong to Beijing, you can fly directly from Hong Kong or take the train from Hong Kong to Beijing. you can also go to shenzhen to take a train to Beijing or fly from Shenzhen to Beijing.
