  For parents who were born in Hong Kong, is my child entitled for Hong Kong ID or HK passport?

  Both me and my wife were born in Hong Kong. We both have HK ID card. Our children were born in Canada, are they entitled for a HK ID card or a HK passport?
  If they do, can I apply it for them in Vancouver, Canada?

• yes Edmund, they are entitled for HK ID and HK Passport.
  you can apply it for them through the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General in Vancouver.
