Do the same requirements apply for both of us in terms of a China tourist visa?
Hi, my british husband is working in china at present and he provided me with requirements for application of visa through email.I will be bringing our one year old baby to travel.I am a Philippine passport holder and my baby is a british passport holder.Do the same requirements apply for both of us in terms of tourist visa?We will apply for residency visa when we get to CHina. Also my husband asks if it would be enough to send his work contract rather than his bank certificate as a proof that he can support us with our travel?

- for your baby the child's birth certificate which must show the parent's name and the permanent residence permit or certificate of nationality of the resident country from one of his or her parent should be provide.
since you do not holde a UK passport, so you should provide the original and a copy of your permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year (except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in the UK).
for detailed information, you may consult the Chinese Visa application Service Center.Answered by Lisa (CN) | Jun. 13, 2011 20:49 - If your husband is holding a China working visa, you and your child can apply for family working visa. You need provide below documents:
