  I am an Indian, aged 66,.I Graduated in Arts with LL.b, Dip in Urban Administration, Dip in Marketing Management, Dip in Transport Management, Cert in German,Cert in Spanish(Spain). I have more than 29 years Administrative and legal experience.I am financially capable of maintaining myself.I visited your country and was fascinated with the people, their mode of behavior and culture.
