Are there exceptions to the age limite for Z visa?
I know of two people in China on Z Visas. One is age 70 and has worked in China for last 3 years, the other is age 64, and has been there for 2 years. How did they get exceptions to the stated "Age 60" limit?

- hi Hawkiz,
the age limit is 60, but there are exceptions for experts or specialists, and the people who works in an overseas-funded enterprise.Answered by Iris | Dec. 25, 2011 17:36 - The age limit is actually 65 but a lot of Chinese employers and recruiters ignore the real law or claim they can't register for health insurance for over 60. It is of course typical lies.Answered by Lee Chang (China) | Sep. 12, 2013 00:03
