you can take the airport bus from the Capital airport to Baoding, Hebei, and then take bus No. 1 for 14 stops to Baoding Long-distance bus Station (Bao Ding Ke Yun Zhan). and take the bus to Anping.
the travel time is 3 + 0.5 + 2=5.5 hours
costs: CNY 85+1+40=126

you have 3 options;
1 take shuttle bus no.7 from airport, cost RMB 16 to Bei Jing West railway station, duration 1.5 hours if traffic is not so busy. You can buy a train ticket to Anping at RMB 65 or more on depend class of seat, duration around 3.5 - 4 hours.
2 take either Airport Express train RMB 25, or Shuttle bus no. 3 RMB 16 to Dongzhimen MTR station then take MTR no. 2 change to no.1 at Jianguomen, change to no.9 at museum station to Bei Jing West railway station, all MTR cost RMB 2, and the buy a railway ticket as above mentioned.
3 take taxi to Bei Jing West railway station RMB +/-80 and take a train.
