Hi Jett,
if you go to the Wujiaba Airport, take a taxi, the taxi fare is around CNY 15, and you will get there in 10 minutes.
if you are going to the Kunming New Airport, you'd better take the airport shuttle bus. it costs CNY 25 and the travel time is 40 - 60 minutes.

Or if you prefer public transport (cheaper than taxi), you can also take the metro train from the Railway Metro Station to Wujiaba Metro Station (if you are going to Wujiaba Airport).

For Changshui International Airport, the Airport bus line 2 is still the best way to travel from the Railway Station to the airport as the metro line to this airport is still uncompleted.
