  Hello, may I know what is the weather end of March 2012 ?Bring downjacket or normal jacket ?

• hi,
  it is warm the end of March in Taiwan, and the temperature will definitely above 20 C (some places may reach 30 C), so downjacket is unnecessary, just normal jacket is ok.
