According to the latest weather forecast of Hong Kong, It will be overcast on Feb. 6 & 7, and from Feb. 8, there will be drizzles, but still no information for the later days. The temperature will be around 16C at night and 21C at daytime. I think your husband may just wear a long-sleeved T-shirt plus a light over coat, for your 3 years old son, I think you can prepare an additional knitted sweater. By the way, take an umbrella as well.
