  What's the best time to taiwan ? If I choose November go together with my family ?I'm from Malaysia.

• Hi Oreo,
  the best time to Taiwan is September to November, and it is a good choice to visit Taiwan in Nov., since it is mostly sunny days and the temperature remains around 20 C, neither too hot nor too cold.
