  How can i get from shanghai to yongkong via Bus and or Train as i will be arrive'ng Shahghai airport
  around 8.00PM

  where is Yongkong? i have never heard about a place in China named Yongkong. are you sure the name?
  since you arrive in Shanghai at night, and buses usually stop at that time, so you may take a train or stay in Shanghai ofor the night and get to your destination the next morning.
