  Canadian visit visa application

  Hi
  My girlfriend applied for visitor's visa to visit me in Canada, but she got refused. What are the options I have now? Will it be better if I go back to China to get a marriage cert.?

• IF she is married to you, yes, she should have submitted to the Canadian Emb a certified true copy of that marriage certificate as proof that she is married to you. Howeverm she should also be submitting other documentations as per requirement by the Canadian embassy for tourist visas.
