• yes, you can get taxi at that time.
  actually you can also take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to the last stop, Guangzhou Railway Station, and then take a taxi to hotel. It is easier to get a taxi in the railway station (downtown area), and it is much cheaper to take a shuttle bus.
