by Shangqui do you mean Shangqiu in Henan Province?
if yes, i think you need to spend the night in Shanghai, and take the bullet train from Shanghai railway station to to Shangqiu.
the earliest train departs at 03:47 in the morning but takes over 6 hours, and second departs at 05:43 in the morning but takes only 5 hours. there are also two bullet trains departing at 07:30 and 07:45 from Hongqiao railway station.

That time at night take a taxi. Subways stop working at 11 pm mostly. Maglev stops earlier than that. Go outside and look for the taxi line...moves very quickly. DO NOT take a taxi offered by someone in the airport...no limo...etc. Taxi will be cheapest and most efficient and safest.
