Question about China Embassy in Canada

  Apply Hong Kong Smart ID card

  I live in Edmonton, Alberta, can I apply the card in Vancouver while I am visiting there or I have to do it in Calgary? The office hour in Calgary doesn't fit my schedule as the office hour only from 9 to 12 noon to accept the application,and travel time from Edmonton to Calgary is 3 and half hours, so I might have to stay over night in Calgary.
