• Buddhism was the major religion during the Yuan Dynasty.
  at the end of the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang made use of Zoroastrianism (Ming Cult) to spread his idea, and overthrew the Yuan Dynasty and set up the Ming Dynasty.
