  I want to visit china

  I want to visit china to meet my girlfriend, i am worried that i might not get visa because i have a record, should i declare it, do they check?

• You should tell all the truth to the visa officers even if you have had a criminal record. You should write a letter of appology for that to assist your visa application. Good Luck!
