  Early morning trasnsportation from Suzhou to Hongqiao

  We stay in Suzhou and need to catch 8:40 flight to Guilin from Hongqiao. How can we get there? G train to Hongqiao goes later.

• the earliest high-speed train from Suzhou to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station departs at 07:33 from Suzhou railway station and arrives in Shanghai at 08:11.
  the earliest bus from Suzhou departs at 06:30 but it takes more than 1 hour to arrive in Shanghai.
  so i suggest you to take a taxi, you'd better make an appiontment with an taxi driver one or two days in advance, and also talk about the price. usually the taxi fare is CNY 300 - 400.
