- you need to submit the following documents:
1. your original passport which has more than 6 months left before it expires from the date of application and 2 sufficient blank visa pages.
2. one completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo; all the items on the application form should be completed neatly with genuine information; if the applicant has a Chinese name, the Chinese name should be filled in; false or incomplete information and illegible characters may lead to refusal of a visa.
3. Invitation letter of the university.
4. Covering letter from your company or office with the details of the visiting purpose.
5. Photocopy of the personal data page of applicant’s passport.
it usually takes 4 - 5 working days for visa processing after you submit all the documents.
and usually you can not reapply the visa until 3 months after your first application being rejected.Answered by Diana | Apr. 24, 2012 18:01
