Question about China Visa Application

1. i think you will. you can have a try.
2. please fill in the application form faithfully. untrue information may cause a delay in processing or refusal of the requested visa
3. i suggest you apply the visa first and buy the ticket after your visa application is approved.

Mike - I am in a similar situation (but my arrest was just last year and for Public Iintoxication). Can you please let me know how your process went? Were you able to go to China? What did you do? I think you have to have your ticket booked prior to applying for the Visa - but I don't want to book the whole trip just to be denied :( So frustrating!
