  CUSTOMS FEE

  I HAVE PURCHASED IT FROM 365SHOPBUY AND PAID 900 DOLLARS ALL UP INC POSTAGE AND INSURANCE THE COMPANY NOW CLAIMS I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OVER 350USD DOLLARS TO HAVE IT FREED FROM CUSTOMS
  I CANNOT TRACE THE GOODS AS THEY HAVE GIVEN ME INCORRECT PAPERWORK CAN YOU ADVISE:
  IS THIS TRUE THAT CUSTOMS CAN IMPOSE A FEE ON MY GOODS
  HOW DO I FIND OUT WHERE THEY ARE
  MORE IMPORTANTLY IN ENGLISH
  I HAVE NOT PAID AND REFUSE TO PAY ANYMORE TO VENDOR AS ON THEIR SITE 365SHOPBUY THEY GUARANTEE SAFE POSTAGE/HANDLING

• yes, the customs can impose a fee on your goods.
  ask the seller provide you the tracking number, which you can used to track your goods.

• I paid the customs fee and now they wont answer my emails and I have no paperwork for customs what do i do
  I think I have been defrauded of 1250 dollars i would like to stop this happening to anybody else as it has been a nightmare
