Question about Shenzhen

  Shenzhen, China Visa for Indian Passport Holder?

  Hi. I am a HKSAR Passport Holder and Citizen... holding HKID... and currently living in Thailand.
  
  And, my mom holds Indian Passport and she was Ex HK Resident holding HKID. But, she doesn't have resident visa any more... and now visiting HKG with me on tourist visa. She still has the HKID though.
  
  Now, to the question.
  
  1) Can my mom get Visa On Arrival in Shenzhen to visit it just 1 day. OR
  
  2) Can the visa be applied in China Travel Service to visit Shenzhen while she is in Hong Kong.
  
  
  ***please note that she did not and cannot apply the visa in India. Because, she is living with me in Thailand.

• she can not get the visa on arrival in Shenzhen, neither can she get the visa in Hong Kong.
  however, she does not need to apply the Chinese visa if she go to Shenzhen with a tour group organized by an authorized travel agency in Hong Kong and stay in Shenzhen less than 6 days.
  she can also apply the visa through the Chinese Embassy in Thailand.
